Every Motoblox kit is a fun DIY experience! You get to build the model yourself using the included high-quality bricks and detailed instructions.

We provide physical instructions in most cases. If not, don't worry! You'll always find a QR code in your kit to scan and easily access the digital instructions.

We're sorry if you're experiencing any issues with your kit! To resolve this as quickly as possible, please follow these steps:

1. Double-check the set to ensure the pieces aren't misplaced.
2. Take a screenshot or picture of the missing/defective pieces, and mention the quantity.
3. Email us the images along with your order number to support@motoblox.com.

Once we have this information, we’ll take care of the rest and send you the replacements!

Depending on where you are, Orders processed will take 2-3 days for delivery in India. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 5-10 days. Shipping information will be provided in your account email.
