Not a good experience but good customer support

I ordered this for my boyfriend to do as a couple activity but we only recieved half the pieces so the build is left incomplete. Mood totally ruined.
As soon as I posted the review I received a personal call from the owner apologising and confirming the issue. They offered a quick and acceptable resolution and my product will be replaced soon.
